What a wonderful meditation it was! My experience in the Tibetan mountain
was at first a huge vortex moving around me, and after a while it expanded
and became very quiet and solid. Felt very nice. Then with the portals
I did not feel anything with the first one, then more movement with the
2nd and into the 3rd one I was just catapulted in a huge wonderful energy.
Still now when I say golden portal it feels like I am in that wonderful
space again. What was the exact name of the third portal? I could not
really get it. There was some background noise, more a rushing all the
time.
It was absolutely worthwhile to get up in the middle of the night for

Each of us sitting in our circle chose a different gateway to enter, and
each had very powerful experiences.
The sound was very faint and so it was hard to be comfortable and not
strain to hear. At some point, I mostly just rode the energy and let go
of the words. But, I knew that the words were beautiful as they always
are, and all of us are looking forward to hearing them on a tape. We will
sit together again and listen.
In some way I am surprised that I feel so disturbed right now. So often
with the Mark tapes, I feel such huge, huge waves of harmony and bliss.
I didn't get that tonight. My mind is scanning my knowledge to find what
would help me to feel more calm and balanced. Maybe I am not supposed
to be calm and balanced some part of me is saying. In my Heart I feel
like I just took on big, big Light and it will take some time to integrate
that. I am going out into the clear winter night now to feel the quiet
and calm of the Earth Mother. I think that is where my calm can come.
Oh, one of the funniest things was to "see" each of you in that
inter dimensional place -----to know you here and know you there. Sounds
like a Dr. Seuss book. I can know you everywhere....
Good work, Everyone. It was a grand experiment. I am sure we will say
more as time goes on.

It seemed different from the other Mark Channeling's to me, less registered
in my consciousness than normal and I came out of it less high than I
normally do. I felt smooth but not as inspired as normal. The next day
I felt like something was going to happen all day [as did my wife who
listened also] but nothing did that I am aware of, although things seem
"different" somehow.

Wow!
It was so fantastic. I cried after - never happened before.
I saw the gate immediately, just one, and went in. It was a blue gate,
the one in the middle I think. Inside it was lilac and white and very
high peaks, like the picture you showed from Shamballa, or the picture
at the book" The Secret of Shamballa" a few years ago. But maybe
it was no mountain, maybe just a diagram or wave lines. But very high
and narrow peaks.
It was a very, very strong energy.
Suddenly it became calm, like floating in the water, just CALM and stillness.
My heart got a higher density and a stronger gravitational force. It has
a stronger interaction with the environment. Important. Very important.
Even the aura is now stronger with more density, more tight, more light.
Stronger light.
It was a fantastic feeling with all the voices after, a felt so connected
to all the others.
Now in the morning I felt very happy just thinking of the area over the
heart. Fantastic. I'm so happy. Hope you will understand my English..

What a wonderful activation, Jonette. I cannot begin to describe where
I went, except to say that it was limitless Space and Love. There were
many beings in attendance just holding the Space. About a week ago I saw
myself as pure Light. I viewed myself as a golden "slab" lying
on my bed. The Golden Chrysalis was my heart doorway.

Just thought I would settle from the Activation by putting words to sensations
and visions. I have been feeling sort of agitated all day and that has
magnified. Just as we began tonight, I had a shot of steady pain in my
head until I could remember to put my finger on my Thymus Gland. It lifted
then immediately. I feel electrified for sure. Inside the Stargate was
an incredible experience of color, codes, movement, and magnetism. Wow!
Just the memory of it makes my body vibrate. During the meditation I inhaled
an essential oil called "Highest Potential" which has exquisite
high and low notes in it and smells just like the graphic at the top of
this email looks to me. It was a very sweet resonance to the energies
that I was feeling inside my body.

I loved the heart activation that you and Mark brought through for us
on 1/15/04. The energy was absolutely fantastic.
At each point as we moved to the Himalayans, into the portal of Ama Dablam,
out through the top, into the tunnel, into the 'doorways' and anchoring
it into our beings in consciousness.. the energy was so rich and full.
I felt it full through out my entire body. I was guided to go through
each of the doorways and then join them in Unity. What a rich, wonderful
experience!
The heart space in each cell of my being was activated as well. Each cell
was re-ignited with the fire of Soul's passion to bring forth the Heart
Connection the links all of to the Infinite Unlimited Love. Each cell
was re-charged with the remembering of the essence of who we are and the
individual expression of the One, honoring Unity and Creation in All That
Is!
I surely shifted my energy. I am grateful for this time that we shared
together in this realm and beyond. A gorgeous time of Love and Empowerment,
in deed, through the Heart of the one and the One!

Hereby my experiences from the 15 of January.
I could hear you very well, however sometimes there was a lot of noises
on the line.
During the meditation, especially when we are in the Ama Dablam I felt
the electricity in my body and around my aura. I never felt it before
and it was a special experience. All my chakra's were open and a lot of
old stuff was burned. During one and a half hour after the session I felt
in and around my body a sort of twinkle, looks like air-bubbles.
Can you tell me more about the meaning of the three portals, where are
the standing for?
I feel a little attracted to the Rainbow, but when the Golden...... came,
the power of attraction was very strong, it likes if I was sucking into
it.

I would like to share my experience.. Earlier that day... I was lead to
open my heart to burn off everything that no longer served me.... Then
I was lead to "infuse" a rainbow of light that included "13"
rays.... This rainbow was to enter thru my heart and fuse thru my blood
system.... I was "told" to bring in as much of this energy as
I could hold.... this process lasted about 1/2 hour.... then I was told
it was regarding some dimensional travel....
SO needless to say when Mark spoke 1/15 I found it quite interesting that
even before this "rainbow serpent gateway" was mentioned ....
again I was told I was to take the center or 2nd gateway.... After the
channel I was so moved I found It hard to even speak...... the tears......
the Love I felt..... and still do..... It was almost hard to come back
fully to my body.... This was so expansive....Most importantly The Love
I felt for myself...... The deep honor of the commitment of service to
spirit "All That IS"

I felt embodied. I felt like my heart charka encompassed all of me and
all that was
embodied in whatever I was embodied in. Felt very expansive after that.
I heard door 1 but door 3 presented itself to me and drew me thru door
3 before you got to describing door 3. That's when I felt embodied. Afterwards
I felt quiet, grounded. My heart felt full and the fullness embodied me.

15, 2004; the day Mark had given to me as the “Harmonic Concordance”
Crystallization day.

On Jan 15, 2004; all Cosmic Legions, Ascended Host, Angelic Host, Galactic
Federation, and millions of Starships, Dolphin & Whale Kingdoms, Great
Central Sun Hosts, and intergalactic Council Representatives "beamed
in" to link with the Florida Keys as over 100 total lightworkers
assisted in physical and long distance, participating in the final purification,
reprogramming of the Bermuda Triangle.
On Jan 16, the major purification started and I saw a circle of magnificent
beings who were immediately around the area of the Triangle and half way
thru the day, they dropped a huge instrument (tetra/oxyhedrant shaped),
filled with magnificent light radiance into the triangle which went to
the bottom of the Ocean and I was told this instrument was to shift and
re-syncronize the Master Crystal from Atlantis that was there into alignment
with the rest of the major Earth Portals that have been reactivated in
fifth dimension and beyond; for full Ascension. I saw the instrument rotate
clockwise to re- synchronize and seal the Master Crystal. When this happened,
the whole area of the Bermuda Triangle lit up like a Magnificent Geyser
into Golden Light and the negative force field of the Triangle totally
dissolved. All of this effort went into the next day, Jan 17, 2004.
On Jan 17, 2004, the Galactic Federation guided me to call/connect with
a friend on Maui, Haleakala and we linked in to open up the stargate that
the Galactic Federation was guiding. Between 10pm - 12midnight on Jan
17, 2004, the expansion of the new golden grid on the Atlantic side took
place and much like a spiral of expanding circles of Golden Light extended
across the Atlantic and throughout the rest of the planet thru Hawaii
(Lemuria) until the entire Globe was bathed in Magnificent Golden Spirals.
Then All the Mountain Top Portals on the planet started to "link
in with us" (as they often do); such as Peru, Himalayas, Egypt, Mt.
Fugi, Holy Grail area, Swiss Alps, Arizona, Canada, Mt. Shasta, Brazil,
etc. etc. and the new frequency integration of Atlantis and Lemuria as
One Vortex. This activation continued until Atlantis/Lemuria were joined
as one huge Golden Pillar of Light, extending throughout the planet and
the whole Crystal Grid System at the Center of the Earth was once again
ignited to the Higher Frequencies of 5th Dimension and Beyond as an Iridescent
Beam stronger and more powerful than ever.
A New, Reinforced, Crystal Grid Protection was placed around the outer
part of the Planet and the following was transmitted when the entire process
was completed.
"WE HAVE NOW FULLY ANCHORED THE ATLANTIS/LEMURIA GRID SYSTEM AS
IT WAS LONG AGO BEFORE THIS PLANET WAS INTERFERED WITH BY DARK FORCES.
THE RESULT OF THIS MAGNIFICENT EFFORT WILL NOW REVERSE ALL NEGATIVES AND
HELP SUSTAIN AND SPIRAL FORWARD ALL LIGHTWORKER EFFORTS.
