1. We create Windows Media Player Audio (WMA) files and you will need to use Windows Media Player version 9 or higher. It works on both PC’s and Macintosh Computers. Windows Media Player is FREE to download. We also create mp3 audio files for use with PC's or Macintosh. Please see downloading instructions for Mac below.

2. Before you begin downloading the Windows Media Files to your computer we advise you to disable any firewalls that you have running. This has been the number 1 problem with our customers in receiving the entire downloaded audio file(s).

You will then Right Click, on the Audio file to be downloaded XXXX.wma, it will bring up a page that as a number of options, you need to select “save target as” This allows you to save each track to your computer in whatever directory you use in the “save target as” option. You will need to remember the directory where you saved these downloads to, so that you can access them to burn them to your CD.

Next, you are ready to listen to the audio file(s) or write/burn them to a CD.

To listen to the audio track simply double left click the downloaded audio file.

FOR PC BURNING CD’S

To write the audio tracks to your CD Burner if you are using Windows Media Player 9 you need to RIGHT click on the downloaded wma. audio file, select “add to playlist” a pop up window will appear and you need to select a current playlist or create a NEW playlist. For example, you might create a new playlist called Mark Preparing For The New Energy World Class#1 and then add the audio file(s) to that playlist. After you have added all the audio files to a playlist you are ready to burn these files to your CD. 

If you are using Windows Media Player 10 you need to RIGHT click on the downloaded wma. Audio file, select “add to burnlist” and then burn these tracks to a CD.

FOR MAC DOWNLOADING AND BURNING CD’S

Right click on each of the tracks, one at a time and select "Save Link As…" and select the folder/location you want to put it.

Once all the mp3 tracks/files have been saved, go to that folder where they are. Click on the first file to highlight it. Hold the Command key down while you select each of the other files/tracks in the series.

Once they are all highlighted, Right Click and select "Burn x items to Disc"

The computer will tell you to insert a Disc. Insert a blank Disc and it will burn the selected tracks to it.

To listen to the audio track on your computer simply double left click on the downloaded audio file.

Welcome sons and daughters of the light. This is White Eagle.

We know you’re expecting Mark, but we have a message for you. The message is one of tolerance and of love, of rapid forgiveness. These are difficult times for many. Open heartedness and rapid forgiveness are going to be hallmarks that will allow your growth to be smooth.

Know that the White Brotherhood is large and your personal support is available. We are coming in Mark’s show to remind you to call us in. You have your own guides, call them in too, but we are particularly interested in supporting you at this time of rapid growth.

Welcome. This is Mark.

Well it’s clear this group hasn’t been together for some time because the smoothness is a little bit missing.

So we ask you to find yourself in the 6th dimension, that place of infinite heart. Find yourself smooth, shiny, and infinite, expanding to all corners of the cosmos and find yourselves blending once again as a powerful group, as a Mark group, and as a group of all who reach this frequency.

Feeling the power and the light getting stronger. Feeling more stable in your own heart and in your own life.

And now move to holographic consciousness, the 7th dimension. And perhaps notice that one of the big differences between the 6th and 7th dimension is the quantity of connections you have and the quantity of power that is available. When you move from the oneness of the 6th dimension to the holograph of the 7th dimension there is a multiplied oneness that gives more power, more strength. You’re still blended. You’re still together, but options are unlimited. Let your bodies adjust to this higher frequency.

We’re going to ask you to journey, to journey in a way that helps shift the understructure for the changes of 2012. We ask you to use your imagination, use your huge holographic consciousness and travel to your, we’ll call it homeroom, your homeroom temple on Venus. The energies of light, of fire, the energies of goddess and creation, each and every one of you have spent some time in the hallowed halls of the higher dimensions of the energies of Venus.

So find your home temple, your home frequency, homeroom, and there like a warrior being prepared, find yourself strengthened, filled up, downloaded into, polished, shined. We’ll be silent while you grow in every level of your being in support of the earth changes.

You might even find that you’re morphing into some other kind of you. So notice the transformation, the morphing, the power, the light, the preparation, the love, because this is the place of love and wisdom.

Notice that you’re still holographic so all this preparation, empowerment, downloading into, strength, is multiplied by the infinite parts of the hologram, that you are endlessly wise, endlessly strong, endlessly clear, clean, and love. It is much like you are being refined to the purest of gold.

We’re going to invite you to a place in Venus that your heart has known, but you probably have never visited before because it is at a higher energy level on Venus. It is the great Star Crystal that holds the energy of love for the solar system. At times it seems like a crystal. At times it seems like a flame. There’s a pulsing, and the pulsing of this crystal, this flame, this beacon that holds and transmits the energy of love for the solar system is creating waves in your body that fit the vibration of the pulsing of this crystal. You are being aligned with this highest beacon of love. You are being recalibrated at the atomic level. And of course because atoms don’t always exist physically, they move in and out of the 8th dimension, this atomic realignment or recalibration is also impacting the unformed universes beyond the 8th dimension. It’s almost as if you are a gateway, a star gate yourself, and the energy of this pulsing, flamed crystal is going through you, through the atoms, the solar system, through all dimensions.

Imagine now that you carry this crystalline flame of love. It is embedded in your atoms and your vibration. Know that you are connected with all, and with this central crystal flame. And now with your intention imagine yourself arriving back on this earth and transmitting from yourself, from your consciousness to all crystals programmed with frequencies less than this love, that you are reprogramming them, all crystals, not just rock crystals, crystals in the water, crystals in cells, and with our intention we ask that crystals with any lower vibrations are hereby upgraded to this frequency we carry. We’ll be silent as you have this experience in your own way.

Pay attention to your experience. Do you feel resistance? Are you getting messages? Or is it just happening globally and clearly?

Feel the structure of the earth become flexible. It’s as if rigidity has been melted into golden plasma by this reprogramming. It’s as if there’s room for recreation now. Feel that there’s kind of a feminine motion or opening, curves where there were lines, spaces where there was stuff. Feel an opening like the earth can take a breath, like a reawakening. And feel it happen not just in ancient crystals programmed in the earth but in the crystalline structure of animal and vegetable as well as mineral.

Now notice the flexibility, the love, this change in your cities themselves, in your highways. So much is made of rock and sand, and the crystalline structure in that rock and in that sand, the concrete that your world is built on is breathing differently, is responding to a different God. Notice the aliveness on earth in a way that perhaps you’ve never noticed before.

Trust what you are getting. We will have you report in a little while.

Notice that your relationship to the earth and to matter, to the flora and fauna has opened up, that you can feel the aliveness more than before. You are part of the aliveness.

Allow yourselves to relax a bit and focus for now on your own body, on the shifts you feel, on the aliveness, cleanness, sparkle that you might be experiencing, a purer, stronger love and wisdom.

Much changes when you use your consciousness and your imagination in this way.

You are so appreciated by the many brothers and sisters of the light. For now we thank you.

MARK-A MISSION OF LOVE

Welcome volunteers. This is Mark.

Now that you have been re-recalibrated, because most of you know that flaming crystal energy. It is the crystal of prahna. It is the crystal of birth. But we’re saying recalibrating because in this body you have not been able to absorb that prahnic nurturing before.

This connection to the flaming crystal will open your ability to connect with the pure light force, the zero point energy of the universe. You may find that you are more clear, more energized. You may actually find as you connect with this and your body gets used to it that you need less food and less sleep. So this isn’t just a crystalline change, it’s a change to enable all cells to be connected to the God source, the prahna, the zero point, whatever you call it.

We’re going to go back to that crystal, but of course you’ve never left it because it’s now mirrored in your cells. But just imagine that, that crystal is within you because you’re holographic and you don’t have to go to Venus anymore. The homeroom flaming crystal is in every cell, every atom of your body. And feel how easily you can feel it. And you might also notice that even without us saying, each of your atoms is clearly moving into the 8th dimension. You can feel the black holes. You can feel the star gates in every atom that move to the prahnic universe.

Let your bodies adjust even more. The reason this class is called Preparing for the 2012 shift is because of tonight. This is the largest step you have made in helping prepare for the new consciousness. Yes, it seemed like a lovely journey to Venus, but the step is actually resizing consciousness to new thought, the new paradigm.

You might find yourself moving beyond vibration now where you feel yourself fed and nurtured; yet there isn’t the movement anymore. There is a silent wellspring of infinite grace at every atomic level. Yes, there’s still the vibratory world that you live in, but more of your consciousness is aware of that formless, rich, fertile, everything world. We’ll give you a few minutes again to strengthen this feeling, this experience and to spread it, again even stronger without all known existence, not just humanity and not just earth. Again, notice the changes in yourself, your stature, your power, your presence, your beingness, your spirit.

The frequency of the flaming crystal is the frequency of the heart beneath the heart. Many human hearts have been closed because of pain, because of other lives, because of difficulties, but this heart behind the heart is helping to open the closed human hearts, perhaps the closed areas in your heart. Feel that the ability to love and be loved, the secret trap door that opens your heart and others hearts is being opened by the frequency of the flaming crystal. You may actually feel this in your heart.

All right dear warriors of the light, find your group. Find the strength in the allness here, for there is a mission to accomplish. Find your power, your shininess, your connection, your heart open and your inner heart open. In eons past this earth has become home to beings who live in fear. They act through fear in ways that seem dark. They feed on fear in ways that keep them alive. Because their fear has been so strong, there are few fearless enough to face them. These are beings from other dimensions. These are beings from other worlds, but for eons the earth has been their home. Some are trapped. Some choose to be here and it is only the power and the strength of love, love combined and love communicated for these beings are fearsome. Their fear and their darkness make them frightening, make them angry and make them dark, but it is only their fear that caused this spiral in the first place and they’ve been locked into a dimensional prison because fear is an isolating energy and love can spring them free.

So we ask you to join with the frequency of this Venus crystal flame, the love below the love, and send your strong and mighty joint consciousness around this planet to the other dimensions in this planet where darkness and fear has been locked, imprisoned, and frightening those who are not fearless. Again we’ll be silent. Follow your own instincts, for you are wise ones, and release with this great crystalline power of love, beings and dimensions unknown from their darkness and their fear.

Really hold the space for transformation, multiple levels of transformation from the darkness and the fear, transformation from the beings, transformation from the darkness and fear in human hearts, in your heart, darkness and fear that have been crystallized in your politics, in your structures, in your economics, for the love that you are, transform, transform, transform.

Can you feel that your light, the forgiveness and the purity, that you hold this energy is inviting the darkest darkness, the most afraid beings and aspects of beings out of their lair into the light, that there’s a nurturing compassion light that’s pulling these forsaken ones into their resurrection, and feel how this is adding to your lovingness, adding to the depth of your own compassion, that we met these beings with fear and anger rather than love, and they responded back with fighting and betrayal, not love. Go deep into the past, deep into the future, deep into the earth, deep into the galaxies and clear the dimensions of dark and fear.

Some of you are noticing that as you spread out and bring this crystalline flamed loving light throughout the earth and the other dimensions that there are places where this light seems to concentrate, spirals if you will of this flaming, loving light. Place these crystal, concentrated bonfires of love around the earth grid in special nodes so that they are continuous generators, eternal lights if you will, that will continue to radiate this energy, this welcoming through the darkness and through the fear so that not only are you doing it now but you are planting generators in the power plates upon this earth. And these generators have consciousness. They are alive with the same aliveness that you have and they will continue to feed this light into the grid.

With your inner vision notice the opening of the hearts of love in these beings and aspects of beings that were frightened, fearful and dark. See the hearts of love opened in mankind. Witness a shift.

As you do this dear ones, dear volunteers, know that you are asking for the deep dark secrets, fear places in you to be transformed into light. You are not asking to need to know them. You are asking for a deep clearing of your subconscious, of all your lives, without having to know what clears. Feel this light go into all dimensions of your life and lives.

Feel yourself soften, become flexible, become deeply cleared and imbued with the love behind the love. There are many kinds of love. The love that you know is generally an emotional love. We wish for you to feel the radiant strength of what we call transformational love, love that changes everything. Feel that now in the 7th dimension holographically.

Let this kind of love overwhelm your resistance, your logic, past habits. Let this not be something you have to work at, but simply be. In this moment, transform.

Let this light shine upon your personal path, making your health better, your happiness bigger, your abundance richer, your surroundings more beautiful. Feel all that as possible. As true.

Now at levels deep in your atomic structure, receive. Receive love and support, light and knowledge, endlessly pouring into you. Yes, as a human, into you.

You’ve done much as volunteers. And just to let you know you’re going to be doing some night volunteering, but we promise it will not impinge upon your sleep because you are so multi-dimensional. And to end this time together, we would like you to be ready to receive a cosmic fortune cookie.

So imagine that somehow upon some beautiful silver or gold plate a fortune cookie is presented to you, and when you feel it, when you can almost taste it and smell it, crack it open and see what that little piece of paper is telling you. One side is lottery numbers. And then let that message of the fortune cookie, not just into your eyes and into your brain, but let it embed itself, program itself into the crystalline structure of who you are. Yes, and let those lottery numbers transform themselves into you.

All right, and just to let you know that the darkness and the fear that you helped transform by the light that you hold becomes your fiercest ally. That which once was dark and your enemy, or dark and your fear, becomes your greatest friend. Give love to that which is dark and fearsome and it will protect you and love you.

Feel the release of so much more power and light as these other dimensional beings of darkness move as much as they can to light. It won’t be 100% today, but they can feel the doors are opening and that their prisons will release them when they are ready to the light.

Ask for personal favors and support from the universe because you are doing personal work. Ask for fortune cookies whenever you need. You could actually close your eyes and every day get used to having a fortune cookie.
